What is the return policy?
Because all of our items are handmade, made to order, and/or custom, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please double check your order before placing it.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days.
All orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that link to check the status of your package. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
